Staying there was pure delight! The room was spacious with a great view. Breakfast was the highlight, offering an very nice variety. Rooftop dining was perfect for enjoying authentic Thai food. The attentive staff and the amazing sky pool contributed to a fantastic experience! Definitely a win!

The hotel's location was excellent and favourable, close enough to the airport, Thailand and the public beach. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson. The room was luxurious and amazing with a view over city: )

Everything was fine, excellent location close to the airport, the public beach and the river, exceptional experience. The staff were helpful and knew the area. The room was good-sized, there were a minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control. The offered breakfast was absolutely stunning and included good choice of options.

The hotel provided utmost comfort with inviting King beds and plenty of amenities. The high-speed WiFi allowed me to work efficiently, and the 55-inch HD Smart TV was perfect for unwinding after a long day of meetings. The staff was attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The breakfast buffet was a good spread with a wide variety of delicious options that fueled my busy days.

Just a 10-minute walk from Surasak and 4.5 km from BTS - Phloen Chit, it made getting around the city easy. The rooftop pool offered stunning views of the city, perfect for unwinding after a long journey, while the luxurious room was both spacious and comfortable.

I found the breakfast experience to be a bit chaotic. Although the buffet had a wide selection, it felt overcrowded, which detracted slightly from my overall enjoyment.

The hotel restaurants close at 10 pm, and the bar at 8 pm, leaving you scrambling for options after hours. Breakfast was chaotic and overcrowded at times. Although they encourage getting in early, the options didn't cater well to dietary needs, as noted by a lack of dairy-free alternatives. The pool area was swamped with people, diminishing the experience, and half the time, hustle and bustle made relaxation elusive.

The room's design was elegant with large windows that provided fine views over the city. I especially appreciated the really good breakfast buffet with a variety of delectable dishes to suit all tastes.

We had a great stay at Grande with a fine view from our room on the 28th floor and enjoyed the superb sky pool. Unexpectedly, they fixed our broken suitcase at checkout free of charge! Breakfast was decent, although I wished for more vegetarian options.

Just a balanced option for a brief pit stop in Bangkok with excellent value. The room had a comfy bed that helped us recharge for our busy day. Try ordering in more to avoid the crowded breakfast rush!

The Premium King Room featured fine views with large windows. The rooftop pool offered a amazing perspective, and the spa services were great. The breakfast choices were somewhat lacking for vegetarians, and the tokens for snacks could be confusing at times. The sauna was not available , disappointing.

my stay was fantastic, especially enjoying the modern and clean facilities along with the amazing rooftop pool that offered amazing views of the city, making it easy to stroll through nearby spots like the historical Thai houses just a few steps away and the bustling Chinatown only less than a 2 km walk away, allowing me to soak in the local culture during my city explorations.
